The Ohio Department of Youth Services (DYS) is seeking information from qualified non-profit organizations with a demonstrated track record of providing credible messenger services to justice-involved youth. These services aim to assist youth during incarceration, throughout their parole period, and help them successfully reintegrate into the community. This RFI aims to gather information about available resources, program models, and best practices in credible messenger services to inform potential future procurement.
