The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested SDVOB sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. KNMD240023 Provide all labor, material and equipment to perform the following work ordered by the government in accordance with drawings, specifications, ANG ETL 01.1.1, ANG Construction Contracting Handbook, Asset Protection, ATFP requirements and all local, state and federal regulations.
B3386 has a low slope (1:12) membrane roofing system of approximately 26,373 sf. The roof has approximately ten (10) cast iron drainage pipes throughout the roof, which are protected by atrium grates. Due to the current roof condition, there are multiple water leaks around the entire roof. Further, the storm drainage pipes’ corrosion contributes to the water leakage into B3386.
