Pursuant to North Carolina General Statute §143-64.31, Statements of Qualifications for Professional
Services Engineer will be received by the City of Asheville for the following:
Description of Work:
The City of Asheville’s Water Resources Department desires to employ a qualified SCADA Integration
Company with North Carolina (NC) certified licensed electrical engineers to replace all Programmable
Logic Controllers (PLCs) at three water treatment plants (WTP) and to perform integration for all new
PLCs and software.
