Waynesboro City Hall Public Parking Lot Improvements (PE24127)

Sealed bids for construction of Waynesboro City Hall Public Parking Improvements will be received until December 11th, 2024, 11 AM at the City of Waynesboro at 615 N. Liberty Street, Waynesboro, GA 30830 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Bids may also be mailed to 615 North Liberty Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of thirty (30) days. The work shall consist of furnishing all products and equipment and performing all labor necessary to perform the following: The work to be done shall consist of providing all materials and performing all labor necessary but not limited to rehabilitate the existing Waynesboro City Hall parking lot including installing 6 EV charging stations, risers, 8¿ concrete dumpster pad, 165 lb/SY of 9.5 mm mix asphalt, asphalt leveling, curb and gutter, curb stops, and striping. Time allotted for completion of work is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashier¿s check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid.
