Request for Qualifications - 175th Street, I-35 to Clare Road

The City of Gardner is requesting qualifications for the purpose of providing engineering design services for improvements to 175th Street, from I-35 to Clare Road. The project will include full depth pavement reconstruction of the existing 2-lane roadway, signalization, necessary property acquisition, and utility coordination associated with relocation.

Contractors desiring the Contract Documents for use in preparing bids may also obtain a set of such documents from Drexel Technologies; 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214, 913-371-4430. Bidding documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier’s checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies, Inc.

Sealed qualifications statements shall be delivered to the attention of Renee Rich, City Clerk, City of Gardner, 120 E. Main Street, Gardner, Kansas, 66030, until 12:00 P.M. (local time) on January 31, 2025.
