ARPA Sanitary Sewer Improvements

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Dawson City Hall located at 101 South Main Street, Dawson, GA 39842, until December 13, 2024 at 1:30 PM local time. The work shall generally consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the following: Pipebursting existing 15¿ terracotta clay pipe to approximately 850 L.F. of 18¿ HDPE pipe and 1,200 L.F. of 16¿ HDPE pipe, pipebursting approximately 300 L.F. of 8¿ DIP to 8¿ HDPE, approximately 400 L.F. of 18¿ PVC pipe installed by open trench installation, manhole rehabilitation and construction, flow control measures, site restoration, and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings. This project will be funded in whole or in part with American Rescue Plan funds administered by the Governor¿s Office of Planning and Budget (OPB) State Fiscal Recovery Fund (SFRF) grant program. This project will be required to comply with all applicable Federal requirements, including those outlined in Appendix II of 2 CFR 200, as well as existing State public works construction requirements.
