Summary:The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals
from highly qualified Offerors to provide a commercial off-the-shelf
app-based Mental Well-being Wellness Solution with a primary
focus on guiding meditation sessions and sleep and relaxation
techniques for active employees and their eligible dependents of the
City of Newport News, hereinafter referred to as the City.
