Description:
Remove non-operational thermal ice storage tanks, expand the existing Edwards College of Humanities and Fine Arts mechanical building to include a new 1,500-ton chilled water plant with supporting infrastructure, and connect into the existing CEP-1 loop serving the south portion of campus. Work includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, plumbing and electrical services.
