The City of Sumter on behalf of the Sumter Area Transportation Study Metropolitan Planning Organization (SUATS MPO) seeks a well-qualified consultant to complete a Feasibility Study and Conceptual Engineering Plan for a proposed bicycle and pedestrian greenway and/or side path connector between Plowden Pond on the Shot Pouch Greenway and Palmetto Park/Sumter Tennis Center. An area map is included in this solicitation.
