will be received by: The City of Shannon Hills, Arkansas, at the office of: Mayor Mike Kemp, 10401 High Rd. East, Shannon Hills, AR 72103 until 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The City of Shannon Hills hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply.
