Texana Center is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide comprehensive real estate management services, including listing, and sales services. This RFQ is issued to identify experienced and capable professionals who can meet the organization’s needs and objectives related to the sale of real estate properties located in Fort Bend County, Texas.
Scope of work to include:
• Listing Services - Marketing and listing of properties for sale or lease, including preparation of property descriptions, pricing strategies, and use of relevant listing platforms and marketing channels.
• Sales Services - Facilitating property sales, including negotiations, overseeing the transaction process, and assisting with closing procedures.
