ITT #24-08 - Parkgate Lighting Retrofit Upgrade

Submissions must be submitted using one of the following delivery methods:

BC Bid Electronic Submission: Submit an electronic Submission using BC Bid.  Only pre-authorized electronic bidders registered on the BC Bid system can make an electronic Submission using the BC Bid system.

An electronic copy (consolidated into a single .pdf file) of the Tender is requested to be submitted by email to Purchasing@nvrc.ca .  Submissions should be received on or before the Bid Opportunity Closing as stated on the cover page of this ITT (“Closing Time”).  The NVRC is not responsible for electronic Tenders that are not received before the Closing Time.  It is the sole responsibility of each Bidder to ensure their complete Tender(s) is/are received as intended.  Bidders submitting Tenders close to the Closing Time, do so at their own risk as late Tenders may not be considered or evaluated.

Tenders submitted by email will be deemed to be received based upon the receipt time stamp of the NVRC’s email gateway.  The NVRC will not be responsible or liable for ensuring that any electronic email system being operated for the NVRC is in good working order, is able to receive transmissions, or for any delay for any reason to electronic submissions, including technological delays, spam filters, firewalls, job queue, file size limitations, etc.

In the event the Bidder’s email is rejected by the NVRC’s email system, or if a receipt confirmation is not received back from the NVRC, the Bidder should immediately contact the primary contact person named herein.  It is the Bidder’s responsibility to allow for sufficient time prior to Bid Opportunity Closing to address any technological problems that may be encountered during the process of emailing their Tender.
