Description

This sole source effort was awarded to Rockwell Collins Inc. for Communications Security (COMSEC) Support Services in order to provide all the necessary actions/requirements for Full Security Certification of the KOR-9X Space Link-16 Radios by the National Security Agency/Central Security Service (NSA) to include software and hardware fixes. The contract award was made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
