  • Project Description: The Proposer shall develop a five-year strategic plan for the Louisiana Region 9 Arts Council  (RAC9). RAC9 consists of St. Tammany, St. Bernard, and Washington Parishes. The plan should  include a strong and concise vision statement, findings from a broad and inclusive community  engagement process, clear and attainable goals and objectives, a comprehensive regional  marketing plan, and strategies to sustain and grow funding for the arts.
