Anti-islanding Synchrophaser Monitoring Scheme: PacWave South

Oregon State University intends to contract with Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories Engineering Services for the development of an anti-islanding synchrophaser monitoring scheme for OSU’s PacWave Project, as a sole source due to Central Lincoln People’s Utility District requirement that this Contractor perform this service as a condition precedent to interconnection.

An entity may protest this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010, Section 5.17 no later than 5:00 PM PT on the closing date of Friday, April 18th, 2025, as also indicated on the website.
