This is an on call contract, which shall be used to provide the City with a readily available work force for landscape maintenance services as the City deems appropriate. The work shall include, but not be limited to: all phases of landscape maintenance, including weed eating, rough mowing, planting, mulching sodding, irrigation repair/installation, pathway restoration sand removal, litter removal, and hauling of transient camp materials. The work shall be located in the City of Seaside, CA. Individual Work Orders shall be for all phases of landscape maintenance.
