The Town of Montague and Downes Construction, as the Owners Project Manager, are seeking responses from qualified individuals, partnerships, or firms for Massachusetts Public Library Construction Program (MPLCP) Level of Design Services for the planning and design of a renovated or new public library. Architectural and Design services will commence immediately after contract award. Planning and design is required to be completed by December 31, 2025.
