The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of Event Management Services – America 250 Semiquicentennial Tour.

The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.

Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details.

The Embassy intends to conduct a virtual pre-bid conference on August 14, 2025, at 9:30 AM.

Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Procurement Agent, Jason Kwang by email at kwangwh@state.gov no later than 12:00 pm on August 13, 2025, to obtain meeting link.

Please submit your quote electronically to the following email address KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed – Event Management Services – America 250 Semiquicentennial Tour” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office no later than 12:00 pm on August 30, 2025.

No quotations will be accepted after that time.

Please take note that for solicitations with the total amount of more than USD30,000; prospective quoters must register in SAM.gov and obtain their UEI number prior to the award.
