ADVERTISEMENT FOR RESPONSES TO REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
RE: ENERGY SERVICES PERFORMANCE CONTRACT The City of Brandon, Mississippi is seeking qualification statements relating to Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to provide a comprehensive city-wide energy management program for all streetlights and facilities/buildings owned and/or managed by the City of Brandon pursuant to Mississippi laws. ESCO qualifications will be submitted in accordance with Section 31-7-14 of the Mississippi Code, the Mississippi Development Authority—Energy and Natural Resources Division’s Policy and Procedures for Energy Performance Contracting and the Request for Qualifications.
All submittals shall be received by December 16, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., at the City of Brandon Office of the City Clerk, 1000 Municipal Drive, Brandon, Mississippi 39042. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope with “Response to Request for Qualifications re: Energy Services Performance Contract” and the date of the opening marked in the lower left-hand corner.
A detailed “Request for Proposal/Qualifications – Efficiency Services Program” packet may be obtained from the City of Brandon Office of the City Clerk at 1000 Municipal Drive, Brandon, Mississippi 39042, or by email request to Mary Ann Hess, City Clerk at [email protected] .
All inquiries regarding the RFQ shall be directed in writing to Sam Hawkins, Community Development Director via email at [email protected] with copy to Mary Ann Hess, City Clerk at [email protected] .
The City of Brandon reserves the right to reject any and/or all submittals, waive technicalities, informalities or irregularities in the submittals received, solicit new submittals or to choose that submittal which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Mary Ann Hess, City Clerk
