TENDER FOR CONVENTIONAL DOUBLE SEAL COAT OR HOT MIX SURFACING STRUCTURE
Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the undersigned until 4:00 P.M., local time., on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 for 20.0 kilometres of Surfacing on TWP Road 390 located in the Rural Municipality of Eye Hill No. 382.

OPTION 2 – HOT MIX ASPHALT CONCRETE SPECIFICATIONS
135,000 tonnes of Type 6 Subbase Course in Place (RM supplied)
85,000 tonnes of Type 33 Granular Base Course in Place (RM raw raw aggregate supplied)
40,000 tonnes of Type 72 Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete in Place (RM raw aggregate supplied)
3,000 m3 Earth Excavation and Disposal
350 tonnes Bituminous Prime and Tack and Flush
Tenders will be opened in public at the office of the R.M. of Eye Hill at the hour of 1:30 P.M, local time, Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “5 % of the Tender amount”.
The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
