Park Turf Reduction, Phase 3

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Modesto, County of Stanislaus, State of California, will receive electronic sealed Bids for the following work: Park Turf Reduction, Phase 3 .

The City Clerk of the City of Modesto, California, will accept all required bid forms electronically through the OpenGov Procurement portal prior to Tuesday, May 12, 2026 and before 11:00 am , in accordance with the Contract Documents for the Park Turf Reduction, Phase 3 project.

The bid security, if being sent by mail, shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and filed with the City Clerk, Tenth Street Place, 1010 Tenth Street, Suite 6600, Modesto, California 95354, (Mailing Address: P.O. Box 642, Modesto, CA 95353) prior to the Tuesday, May 12, 2026 and before 11:00 am with the outside of the bid envelope indicating:

2. NAME OF PROJECT FOR WHICH BID IS SUBMITTED
3. DATE AND TIME OF BID OPENING
