A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted to provide prospective Proposers with an overview of the solicitation requirements and an opportunity to ask questions. Although attendance is not required, Proposers are strongly encouraged to participate. Statements made during the conference are not binding. Any interpretation, clarification, correction, or change to the solicitation shall be made only through a written Addendum issued by County OOR. Submission of a Proposal shall constitute acknowledgment that the Proposer has reviewed all issued Addenda. The Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be hosted virtually via Teams on August 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM HST. See meeting information below.
