UNIVERSITY OF NORTH FLORIDA PROCUREMENT SERVICES ITB# 27-02 Golf Learning Center HVAC Equipment Replacement Project.
The University of North Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate, is requesting the services of a qualified Mechanical Contractor to provide labor and materials required to remove and replace existing building AC equipment for Building 48 on the UNF campus located at 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32224. Part of the specifications requires services from another contractor.
Project information
The scope of work includes all labor and materials required to remove and replace existing building AC equipment to include two (2) DX condensers, two (2) AHU, ten (10) VAV Boxes, refrigerant line sets per OEM requirements, (1) duct heater and replace with new owner approved equipment. Contractor will also provide total warranty to include refrigerant, parts and labor that meet the specification. Seethe Overview and Mechanical Specifications attachment included in the bid for additional required warranties and minimum required specifications.

Pre-Bid Meeting	September 28, 2026, 11:30 a.m.
Site Visit	September 29, 2026, 10:00 a.m.
Deadline for Questions	October 2, 2026
Response to Questions	October 8, 2026
Bids Due	October 20, 2026, 2:00 p.m.
Responses will only be accepted electronically through the UNF Bid Portal. Responses delivered in-person, by mail, by fax, or by email will be deemed non-responsive.
Bonds & Insurance
Additional insurance requirements as provided in the University's Terms and Conditions and resulting contract, if any, will apply.
A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total contract price is required. The Contract, if over $100,000, will require a 100% Performance and Payment Bond.
