REQUEST FOR PUBLICICATION
LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given, the Board of Park Commissioners, through the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department, will receive contractor bids for the Foellinger Theatre Lighting and Electrical Improvements Project. Bids shall be received until 11:00 a.m., local time, Thursday, December 5, 2024, via www.questcdn.com ONLY. To be a valid bidder, a complete set of documents shall be downloaded online at www.questcdn.com and addenda acknowledged. A non-reimbursable fee of $5.00 is required for document download and non-reimbursable fee of $15.00 is required for bid submittal. QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is #9415838. Summary of Work: The Project consists of, but is not limited to: Selective removal of existing electrical and lighting components, installation of new electrical components, and installation of new light fixtures throughout the theatre per plans and specifications prepared by the electrical engineer.
