THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non electronic and E-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted through the SWIFT Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Event.
PURPOSE. The State of Minnesota has a business need for qualified vendors to provide a Continuous Metals Monitor. This equipment will be utilized for the MN Pollution Control Agency .
The RFP/Event also specifies contractual conditions and details the basis for the responses, the subsequent review, and the final selection process.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS: Refer to the Special Terms, Conditions, and Specification's Overview for the cutoff date and time for written question submission. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Buyer listed within. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum to official solicitation holders.
