IFPQ SB/MB OPTION-Overhead Door Electric Opening System Replacement Services in El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, Sierra, and Yolo Counties

Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor,
equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, travel, disposal, permits, fees, and incidentals
necessary to remove and install overhead door electric opening systems to Caltrans.
Bidder must be a certified SB, including a micro business (MB), SB for the purpose of public works (SB-PW), or a disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE).
Bidder shall have at time of bid submittal, continually thereafter, and for the duration of the
Agreement, a current and valid D-28 Doors, Gates, and Activating Devices Contractor license
issued by the Contractors State License Board for the type of work to be performed.
Bidder shall possess at the time of bid submittal, continuously thereafter, and for the duration of the
Agreement, a valid and current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
Caltrans will verify bidder¿s DIR registration; it is not necessary to provide a copy.
