Sealed bids will be received by Ascension Parish Government at the Ascension Parish Government Purchasing Office, 615 E. Worthey Street, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 until October 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. local time. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
24” Discharge Pipe Tractor P.T.O. Driven Trailer Pump (2 units)

Frame: A36 Steel Construction with a 3,500-pound road – worthy axle and 15” 4- ply tires

Electronic Bids are accepted at Central Bidding http://www.centralauctionhouse.com. For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at (225) 810-4814. All addenda, corrections, and responses to this public notice shall be posted to http://www.centralauctionhouse.com. The Ascension Parish shall not be responsible if the bidder cannot complete and submit a bid due to failure or incomplete delivery of the files submitted via the internet.
The Parish of Ascension reserves the right to disqualify any Bid, response to a Request for Qualifications, or Request for Proposals if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.
Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to deem bids(s) non-responsive if vendor cannot comply with these requirements.
Ascension Parish Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
