Sealed bids will be received by the Engineering Department on behalf of the Board of Commissioners, Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201, (8th Floor), until 11:00 A.M., September 30, 2025, for the following:

REPLACEMENT OF SIXTEEN (16) 24-INCH POTABLE WATER GROUND TANK ROOF VENTS AT TANK 7, TANK 13B, TANK 14A, TANK 16A, TANK 24, TANK 26A AND TANK 26B

Plans and specifications may be examined and obtained at the above office at no cost. Bidders must obtain an official set of contract documents, either hard copy or electronic, directly from Central Arkansas Water and be listed on the plan holders list for this project in order to insure receipt of bid addendums or project updates.
There will be a pre-bid conference on September 23, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., by way of teleconference or in person (Central Arkansas Water, 425 W. Capitol Avenue, Little Rock (8th Floor). All bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the total bid.
