BID OPPORTUNITY
The City of Monticello is accepting bids for the demolition and removal of the existing asphalt located on Rebecca Circle in Monticello, Arkansas.
The area of work to be completed is 23 feet wide and 1000 feet in length with (8) inches of depth in excavating.
Sealed Bids may be sent via certified mail to P.O. Box 505 Monticello, Arkansas 71657 to the attention of Ms. Ashley Rodermund.
Bids may be delivered in person to Monticello City Hall, located at 203 West Gaines Street, Monticello, Arkansas 71655.
Sealed bids will be opened on September 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Monticello City Hall.
Bid packets may be obtained at the Monticello City Hall, 203 West Gaines Street in Monticello, Arkansas.
All information included in bid packets must be completed and turned in at the time of the bid submission. All work is subject to warranty of materials and worksmanship and must pass inspection by appropriate city staff before payment for services. Unsealed bids or bids that do not conform to the requirements in the bid packets will not be accepted. The City of Monticello reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
