The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of a qualified private firm to provide

printing and mailing of its real estate tax bills; utility bills and motor vehicle renewal notices for the

Finance/Treasury and General Services Departments. Also included would be the printing of A/P and

Payroll checks and envelopes for the Finance Department. The firm must be lawfully engaged in the

service of providing printing and mailing services in the State of New Hampshire, and be in good

standing with the Secretary of State’s Office.
