Sealed bids for Project No. PRF 26-09-0017 "Emerald Ash Borer" will be received by the City of

University City in the Finance Department, 1st Floor, 6801 Delmar Blvd., University City, MO

63130, until 11:00 A.M. CDT on September 18, 2025. The bids will then be opened in the

presence of a City official, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder,

subject to confirmation by the City Council. A 5% security in the form of cash, a cashier's or

certified check or an acceptable bid bond must accompany each bid.
