SCOPE 1: Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: (Div 02) Selective Site Demolition; (Div 03) Cast-in-place Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing; (Div 05) Steel Decking; Metal Fabrication, Shop-Applied Coatings for Metal; (Div 09) Special Coatings; (Div 10) Banners; (Div 13) Special Constructions including fourteen (14) 12’ x 23’6” fabric shade structures; (Div 31) Earthwork; Clearing & Grubbing; (Div 32) Chain Link Fences & Gates; The price for installations shall include purchasing all required permitting, all associated appurtenances and accessories as required for a full and compete installation of the items and materials.
