Overview
Summary

The Boone County Fiscal Court is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the disposal of waste including debris, bulk items, and garbage brought to the successful vendor by Boone County citizens with vouchers upon approval from the fiscal court, anticipated to be October 2025 through the end of the fiscal year. This does not include liquid waste, hazardous waste, paint, mattresses or tires. Boone County intends to provide vouchers at no costs to its citizens for the waste disposal. The citizens will be responsible for transporting the waste to the successful vendor according to advertised and documented guidelines, and within all applicable local, state and federal laws.
