**9/8/2025 The Site Visit is complete. The updated SOW and Pricing Sheets are attached. Only quotes from vendors who attended the site visit will be accepted. When calculating the Monthly Rental Pricing (Attachment 1), please refer to the Individual Asset Pricing Sheet (Attachment 2) for the list of items to be included in each CLIN. The soliciation due date has been extended to 8:00 AM EST, 11 September 2025. No late submissions will be accepted.

QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM ANY VENDOR NOT ATTENDING SITE VISIT. ALL VENDORS CLEARED TO ATTEND SITE VISIT HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED.

**8/26/2025 - eCheck Submission Due Date for the mandatory site visit has been extended to 1:00 PM EST, 27 August 2025.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services utilizing FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial services, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is to procure tent rental services as defined in the Statement of Work.

This is a total small business set-aside. Only quotes from small business concerns will be accepted. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561990- All Other Support Services.

This requirement has a mandatory site visit. All attendees must be cleared in order to attend the mandatory site visit.
