CONTINUING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit responses from qualified General Contractors and/or Building Contractors to provide general construction services for smaller-scale projects. These projects will be awarded in accordance with the provisions and limits established under Florida Statutes Section 255.103(4).
The District seeks to establish a pool of experienced, licensed, and responsible contractors capable of delivering high-quality construction services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Selected contractors will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental stewardship, consistent with the District’s mission and operational standards.
