Summary:The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for the project delivery of bridges and/or structures focused projects.
The proposed fixed billable rate on-call contract will have a maximum value of $10,000,000 per term.
