RE: 2026 and 2027 DIESEL FUEL TENDERS
The Rural Municipality of Baildon No. 131 will be accepting quotations until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 14th, 2026, setting out a cost per litre for fuel delivered to our Public Works facilities in Baildon, SK for the period of April 20, 2026, to April 20, 2027, per the conditions outlined on Schedule A. Approximate volumes per year are 65,000 litres of clear diesel fuel.
All quotations submitted shall be subject to the conditions noted on SCHEDULE A. The lowest or any quotation submitted will not necessarily be accepted. Preference may be given to suppliers, who provide special services in the community, have a proven track record in terms of service to this municipality or provide unique discounts, dividends or other promotions.
