The need has been identified by TCPS for bathroom renovations at its three high schools (the âProjectâ). Schedule A (Project Background Information), which is attached to this RFP and incorporated by reference into this RFP, provides additional background information regarding the Project. The architectural, engineering, and related services to be provided in response to this RFP will include the full range of such services through all five phases of design and construction (schematic design phase, design development phase, construction documents phase, bidding or negotiation phase and construction contract administration phase) and additional services if requested.
