Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: planting 65,000 shrubs to improve winter range for big game and other wildlife. This task order includes the Contractor to furnish labor, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals.
Mandatory Site Visit: NONE.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
Length of Contract: The contractor must start planting on October 14, 2025. They must have all plants planted before November 20, 2025.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for completion of the project.
