Synopsis:

|
The Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) is seeking non-binding market input from industry to better understand available approaches, technologies, certification pathways, indicative timelines, and broad cost ranges for a modern instrumentation and avionics refit of its De Havilland (Canadair) CL-215T aircraft fleet.
SPSA operates a fleet of six (6), CL-215T aircraft, primarily supporting wildfire suppression and emergency response operations.
The Agency has previously modernized select avionics components and is seeking to better understand:

Opportunities to leverage existing installed equipment

Certification and implementation considerations

Order-of-magnitude cost implications at a fleet and per-aircraft level
