THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR A INDEFINITE-DELIVERY CONTRACT
FOR NURSING HOME SERVICES IN THE OREGON VA HEALTH CARE
SYSTEM, FOR ELIGIBLE BENEFICIARIES.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: DATE OF AWARD UP TO FIVE YEARS.
WAGE DETERMINATION DOCUMENTS CAN BE FOUND IN SECTION D.
THE EFFECTIVE DATE IS THE DATE THE CONTRACTING OFFICER SIGNS
GUARANTEED MINIMUM: THE MINIMUM CONTRACT AMOUNT SHALL BE THE
AMOUNT OF ONE PATIENT FOR ONE DAY AT THE BASIC RATE FOR
REDUCED PHYSICAL FUNCTION.
THE OVERALL CEILING OF THE MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ CONTRACTS
WILL NOT EXCEED $45 MILLION. THE CEILING OF THE INDIVIDUAL
IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE ESTABLISHED AT THE TIME OF AWARD.
MULTIPLE SINGLE AWARD INDEFINITE-DELIVERY, INDEFINITE
QUANTITY CONTRACTS MAY BE ISSUED FROM THIS SOLICITATION
FOR THE STATE OF OREGON.
THE SOLICITATION WILL REMAIN OPEN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR
FROM THE DATE IT IS POSTED TO SAM.GOV.
