Description

The Naut’sa mawt Tribal Council (NmTC) is seeking a consultant team to oversee Phase 1, Engagement and Evaluation, of the Housing Toolkit 3.0 Update Project. The current version was released in January 2020 and is due for an update to improve and expand on the current content. A review, including engagement and surveys with end users, is required to provide these recommendations in addition to other recommendations provided by the Proponent.

Phase 1 objectives are limited to assessment of the existing documents and includes:

Understanding the nature of current use.
Identification of recommended updates.
Creation of a prioritized workplan and budget to implement the recommended updates.

The anticipated scope of work includes 1. initial works, 2. developing an evaluation framework, 3. engagement (online and one-to-one), 4. toolkit review and evaluation, and 5. reporting on observations, conclusions, and recommendations.
