REQUEST FOR BID
Electronically submitted bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at wdm.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. on May 6, 2026 for the following described public improvement:
CROSSROADS PARK TRAIL REALIGNMENT
At the above time all bids received by the City will be electronically unsealed and made public at wdm.ionwave.net. The extent of work on this project is the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements generally described as follows:
The project includes concrete removal and construction of a new concrete trail. Site grading and site restoration is included per the project plans. Installation of a new storm sewer intake is also included. All concrete removals and installation of the new concrete trail is to be completed by June 12, 2026. Site restoration and other specified project improvements are to be coordinated with the completion of a new skate park and completed no later than August 28, 2026.
All bids shall be made on the form furnished by the City through wdm.ionwave.net and shall be filed on or before the time specified above. Each proposal shall be electronically accompanied with a scanned copy of the Request For Bid packet with completed signature and references page. Failure to submit a fully completed proposal may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and rejected.
Bidding forms including Request For Bid packet may be obtained from the online bid posting at wdm.ionwave.net.
