RFQ REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Project Description: The contracted services will primarily be for projects that are included in the upcoming 2026 Bond Program, projects identified in the City’s Capital Improvements Plan (“CIP”), unprogrammed projects, or operational/maintenance projects. Project scopes may include roadways, alleys, sidewalks, drainage, water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, and combined projects, along with surveying, geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing, traffic engineering and planning, traffic operations, facility design, park planning and trail design, subsurface utility engineering, and construction management. Assigned projects or tasks may include the design of new infrastructure, upgrades to existing infrastructure, rehabilitation or reconstruction of existing infrastructure, studies or evaluations of new or existing infrastructure, or a combination of the preceding.
