This Market Survey is issued for the purpose of assessing Small Business capabilities. See accompanying Draft PWS and attachment for more information The Naval Information Warfare Center (NAVWAR) Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic (NIWC-Atlantic) is issuing this Market Survey for determining Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to provide engineering analysis and technical support services required to support the Shore Submarine Communications Systems (SSCS) to include SUBOPAUTH and LBUCS Program Support by providing components through system level engineering, Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical and training support for the modernization, sustainment and on-site technical support at NIWC Atlantic Charleston, SC, NIWC Atlantic Portsmouth, and Foreign Military Support (FMS).
