Oscoda Area Schools seeks bids for the purchase and installation of a complete indoor golf simulator which meets the following, minimum specifications. Components shall include: a launch monitor, simulation software, high-performance computer, an impact screen, an enclosure, and a quality hitting mat. 2.1        Product Specifications The intent of this procurement is to obtain a fully functional commercial golf simulator solution which fits a designated space of 16-3 3/8 x 19-10 3/8. An image taken from the buildings blueprints has been included as Appendix A Golf Simulator Room Print. Where any specifications conflict with these functional space limitations, the respondents solution shall ensure fit to the functional space. The space was designed with the TrackMan iO Commercial system with small Flexcage and as such this is the system which must be bid. Bidders must provide a firm fixed price bid and attest that their proposed solution includes all of the following minimum components. 2.1.1        Launch Monitor and Simulation Software: Trackman iO Commercial Package 2.1.2        High Performance Gaming PC Meeting the Following Preferred Minimum Specifications:         PC Operating System: Windows 10 or 11         PC Processor: 10th Generation Intel i7 or higher         PC Memory: 32 GB RAM or higher         PC Storage: 1 TB SSD         PC Projector or Monitor Resolution: 4K         System shall meet or exceed manufacturer-recommended specifications for optimal 4K simulator performance.         Wireless Keyboard and Mouse included 2.1.3        4K UHD Projector Including Ceiling Mounted Hardware 2.1.4        27 Touchscreen Control Monitor 2.1.5        Impact Screen with Mounting Hardware and Trim 2.1.6        Flexcage Enclosure 2.1.7        Putting Turf 2.1.8        Hitting Matt 2.1.9        Under-Pad Tiles for Putting Turf 2.1.10        Retractable Side Drapery and Overhead Protection 2.1.11        All Cables and Mounting Hardware for Trackman Supplied Electronics 2.2        Installation Service: The successful respondent will be responsible for installation and initial set up of all simulator components. This includes, at a minimum, professional mounting of frames, screens, and overhead electronics, calibration of software and hardware for precise tracking, and on-site training for staff on software and recommended maintenance. Respondents will be responsible for verifying structural mounting integrity and, if necessary, any required ceiling reinforcement. Respondents, as part of the installation process, shall verify ball containment and minimum setback distances from walls and ceiling. Respondents must ensure that a written commissioning checklist, accuracy demonstration protocol, and documentation of calibration settings are provided to OAS. The accuracy demonstration protocol shall include performance verification of the following metrics:         Ball Speed         Launch Angle         Spin Rate (Backspin & Sidespin)         Spin Axis         Carry Distance         Shot Dispersion/Consistency         Standard Deviation         Gapping Analysis         Alignment/Zeroing         Impact Screen Tension 2.3        Training Respondents shall include a proposal for training OAS staff on the proper use and maintenance of the installed system. Training must include, at a minimum, components related to software proficiency, system setup, hardware maintenance, computer & software upkeep, and safety checks. Respondents will be required to provide proposed training materials in print and digital form, including recorded training sessions, if available. 2.4        Warranty and Repair The minimum required warranty is 3 years, parts and labor, on the launch monitor and 1 year on enclosure, screen, projector, and computer, from the date of final acceptance. 2.5        Software Licensing & Subscription Terms The proposed solution shall include, at a minimum, an initial software license term of one (1) year.
