NESHOBA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
Sealed or electronic bids will be received by the Neshoba County Board of Supervisors at the Office of
Chancery Clerk at the Neshoba County Courthouse, 401 Beacon Street, Suite 107, in Philadelphia,
Mississippi until 1:30 p.m. on Monday, May 04, 2026 for: Construction of Soil-Cement Base Stabilization
on County Roads being known as Project # CES 25-1509 B.
Sealed bids will be received until the designated date and time at the Neshoba County Courthouse,
Philadelphia, Mississippi. Electronic bids will be received until the designated date and time via
electronic online submission through Quest CDN for a forty-five dollar ($45) fee. All bids will be
thereafter publicly opened.
Detailed plans and specifications for the above-described work are on file in the County Administrator’s
Office at the Neshoba County Courthouse, 401 Beacon Street, Suite 201 in Philadelphia, Mississippi.
Plans and Proposals may be secured by contacting Marty Crowder, P.E., County Engineer, 1150 West
Main Street, Ackerman, Mississippi 39735, 662-285-2062. The cost is one-hundred dollars ($100) for
printed plans and proposal package, non-refundable. Plans and specifications may also be downloaded
electronically for a non-refundable fee of thirty-five dollars ($35) by providing QuestCDN Project
Number 10122605 on the Project Search Page on the Quest website www.questcdn.com.

Certified check or bid bond for five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to Neshoba County must
accompany each proposal.
It shall be incumbent upon each bidder to understand the specifications as listed herein and to obtain
