Project Description: The City of Dallas (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified respondent(s) experienced in
provision and delivery of bottled water during normal days of operations, inclement weather
(e.g., ice storms) or immediately following an incident where water is necessary to meet the
needs of our residents. Additionally, we are seeking information regarding the provision of bulk
water delivery during those same periods to establish a five (5) year Indefinite
Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement. An ID/IQ term agreement is
established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined.
Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
