| Bid Synopsis: | The State, Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS) on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA), Division of Facilities Development (DFD), requests Bids for the purchase of stack emission testing services for three (3) State-owned facilities in Madison and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract. The testing will be conducted in accordance with the latest United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) reference test methods and the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR) requirements. The testing will be coordinated and scheduled by the Department of Administration, Division of Facilities Development (DOA-DFD). The testing will meet the requirements as defined in the heating plants WDNR air permits. |
