Janitorial and Biohazardous Cleanup Operations

Project Description: The City of Dallas (City) is seeking proposals from qualified respondent(s) experienced in providing for the comprehensive janitorial and biohazardous cleanup services, particularly in a shelter(s) activated in response to an emergency or disaster in which individuals are displaced from their primary residence for 24-hours or longer or in support of evacuations from other areas of the state. The intent is to establish a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement. An ID/IQ term agreement is established when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement.
